How do you unlock Duality?
In The Binding of Isaac, Duality is unlocked by earning the Ultra Greedier completion mark as Lilith (Character) on hard mode.
Structured pathSource-backed requirements are mapped into trackable steps.
Whenever a Devil Room or Angel Room would spawn after defeating a boss, both rooms spawn. Only one can be entered.
