How do you unlock Flip?

In The Binding of Isaac, Flip is unlocked by earning the Delirium completion mark as Tainted Lazarus.

Structured pathSource-backed requirements are mapped into trackable steps.

Item pedestals have a second un-interactable "ghostly" item behind them. Activating will flip the real and ghostly items around. If playing as Tainted Lazarus, also flips between them and Dead Tainted Lazarus.
