How do you unlock Larynx?

In The Binding of Isaac, Larynx is unlocked by earning the The Beast completion mark as Tainted Samson.

Structured pathSource-backed requirements are mapped into trackable steps.

Isaac shouts, damaging and pushing away nearby enemies. The shout gets stronger the more charges the item has. Larynx gains 1 charge whenever Isaac takes damage, in addition to charging normally.
