How do you unlock RC Remote?

In The Binding of Isaac, RC Remote is unlocked by earning every normal-mode completion mark as Tainted Jacob.

Structured pathSource-backed requirements are mapped into trackable steps.

Instead of trailing behind Isaac, familiars are directly controlled by the same inputs as Isaac's.
