Abyss

How do you unlock Abyss?

In The Binding of Isaac, Abyss is unlocked by earning the Delirium completion mark as Tainted Apollyon.

Destroys all item pedestals in the room and gives Isaac a unique locust familiar for each item destroyed. Locusts fly forwards in the direction Isaac shoots and damage enemies hit. Destroying certain items spawns special locusts with unique effects.
