How do you unlock Magic Skin?

In The Binding of Isaac, Magic Skin is unlocked by earning the Mother completion mark as Jacob & Esau.

Structured pathSource-backed requirements are mapped into trackable steps.

Consumes one heart container or two Soul Hearts to spawn an item and grant Isaac a broken heart container that can never be filled. If Magic Skin is not held after being used, it is very likely to replace any future items.
